First off, you maybe have to bite the bullet and download the Microsoft Visual Basic 5 and 6 runtime DLLs and goodies.  For your convenience, here are links to them:

Here are links to a few executable files, most of them absolutely useless, by yours truly.  I'm saving the really good stuff to sell, or something.  Maybe just because I'm selfish.  Idunno.  Always practice safe computing and run your virus scanner on unknown executables, OK?

  • arrow3.gif (911 bytes)NEW!!! {ok, I'm lying.  This was actually put here two Novembers ago but it is a proven fact that the word "NEW" is the single most successful marketing word.} snork's Pic-Stick!  Something WORTHWHILE!  But of course, not free!
  • snork's Randomizer.  Very exciting and useful!
  • snork's ASCII Screwer.  My personal favorite, it takes keyboard input and turns it into copyable extended ASCII character GARBAGE.  ´ùÿ£÷ĽÆåÉ÷ÖÕ¶÷ÛÒ¨
  • Ever yearn for a dose of the infamous MSN SPA looping sign-in dialog, but on your own terms?
  • snork's Font Viewer.  A new twist on an old theme.  Only a few minor bugs.
  • snork's Font Printer.  Waste a tree.
  • DoubleD.exe.  Also known as Glass Onion.  A psychedelic doohickey that just sits and consumes processor time.  SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: Since there's no apparent way to close it, here's a hint- double click on it.
  • IP Fetcher.  Doesn't seem to work under Windows98, but works swell for 95.
  • PBBSaver.  A REALLY BAD bug-filled screensaver I composed for my online friends, but never showed 'em cuz I was too embarrassed.  If you feel hale and hearty, load it into your Windows directory and try it out.
  • snork's Evil Hypnotizer.  You are under my control.

Please note that the above files are provided free, as-is (with the exception of snork's Pic-Stick), and I am in no way responsible for what you may encounter.  You are the Master of Your Domain.   However, if you have trouble or a question or two, mail me.

Oh, and here's a real good IE4 HTML color chart. AND, the ASCII Codes I & II
