Pic-Stick is a simple picture viewer capable of presenting files in the common *.bmp,
*.gif, *.jpg, *.ico, *.wmf, *.rle, and *.emf formats. Want more than that?
Maybe in a later version...
Upon application startup, use File|Open to navigate to and choose the desired picture.
Simply left-click as many times as you want on the image to enlarge it, and right click to
reduce. Drag the resized image to a suitable spot on your screen.
The "On Top" menu item will cause Pic-Stick to remain on top of all open
windows, thereby allowing you to compose a maximized loveletter whilst keeping the object
of your love's picture in view. : ) (Or any other use you may want to put to it.) Multiple
instances of Pic-Stick may be launched, creating a screen collage. Click on
"Release" to let it behave as a normal window. Simple as that.
The file, size, and screen location will be saved in the Windows Registry upon application
termination, each launch will automatically load a picture, resize and position it
according to your last use.
