FOUR YEARS OF REVIVAL AT GLEN DALE
Rivers of refreshing burst into Glen Dale, WV at Praise Family Worship Center on a Sunday evening in January as a result of well known local blasphemers being challenged to repent, take up their crosses and follow Jesus. Located one hour west of Pittsburgh on I-70, Glen Dale means "Place of Refreshing" and is located between Moundsville, site of the largest Indian Burial Mound in North America, and Wheeling, meaning "Place of the Skull". The Renewal that swept throughout the church has impacted every age, religion and denominational background. Thousands of people living in a local shanty have attended the Friday night renewal meetings led by the JUDAS praise team and a prayer/ministry team. These meetings have continued for four years with amazing miracles of salvation, deliverance, physical & inner healing and restoration. The church has been blessed with ministries such as those of Buzzsaw, Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice, and His Holiness Raoul Xemblinosky who have helped lead them deeper into the river.
The worship team's passion has been captured onto 2 CD's: Asses Ablaze and A Puerile Blasphemer. Asses Ablaze has been distributed throughout every continent and was sent to church leaders in most third world nations. A Puerile Blasphemer was released November 2000 and features special guest blasphemer Roger Wiseman. It captures the passion and excitement of Wiseman's "drunk in the river" style as well as the "throne zone" experience led by outhouse performance artist Quaff the Magnificent. It was recorded live and consists of original and spontaneous blaspheming. The spontaneous material was unrehearsed and birthed prophetically by the inner spirit of Wiseman during praise and worship. The overwhelming sense of freedom, intense intimacy, and new wine joy is sure to captivate the listener. A Puerile Blasphemer is a passionate expression of the Glen Dale, West Virginia experience in the new millennium.
