Goats on Mount Evans

Still one of my favorite images is this photo of a mature mountain goat and two young ones near the summit of Mount Evans with the Rocky Mountains as a backdrop. The goats are quite tame and often wander near tourists or hang out near the road looking for a handout. I've seen them every time I've up on the Mount Evans summit. The drive to the summit is incredible and not for the skiddish; the final walk to the actual summit is - quite literally - breath taking. I took this photo around 1994-1995.
