KO Lee S714 SG

Pictures of the latest addition to my shop - a K. O. Lee Model S714 surface grinder, S/N 17179 GG. The grinder is belt-driven via a 3-phase, 220 VAC, 1 HP motor. An Hitachi L100 VFD, with 220 VAC single-phase input was used to supply 3-phase power to the motor. The control inputs are wired via 3-wire control to the original momentary on/off pushbuttons that came with the grinder. The table is driven longitudinally with a rack and gear and the downfeed is adjustable in 0.0001" increments. I'm looking for a manual for this as K. O. Lee no longer supplies them and the only other source I've found wants $200 for one. I'll gladly reimburse copying & postage costs plus a handsome profit for anyone that can supply one. I'm not hopeful, though, as conversations with KO Lee lead me to believe that they never produced an actual manual for this model grinder. They did send me a manual for their SE612/SE618 grinder, which seems pretty similar to the S714. I ordered a new collet assembly for the grinder, though at $200 from KO Lee, it would probably have been cheaper to see if Sopko sells one that would fit. Unfortunately, they changed the collet design at some point after production was stopped for this grinder and the new assembly protrudes out far enough to interfere with the wheel guard . At some point I'll fabricate a spacer to correct that issue. In the mean time, I'm making due with the collet that came with the grinder.
