Before conducting this test,
warm up the engine until it reaches normal operating temperature. Locate
the Diagnostics Box in the engine bay and bridge TE1 and E1,
then connect the positive (+) probe of a voltmeter to the VF1
terminal, and the negative (-) probe to the E1 terminal (see
diagram below), and conduct the tests listed in the chart.
